When initiator of this website and the publishing company with the same name, Björn Sundeby, had lunch in Kigali in 2017 with Josée Butera, a survivor of the 1994 Rwandan genocide, it turned out to be the starting point for his involvement and strong relationship with the Rwandan people. It became so strong that he wanted to publish a book and relate his experiences. The one single driving factor behind the book was however to bring Josée's, Lyse's and Devote's stories from the 1990s in Rwanda to the world. Without rewrites or embellishments. The book titled Rwanda- the country that was reborn is the first book to be published by rewanda.com. It is available in Swedish and in English. The book is 176 pages long, many of which contain wonderful images. Our objective is to publish books that maintain a high level of quality and offer readers a great reading experience. The Rwanda book is also available as an e-book. We also hope to be able to offer articles and interesting news items about both Rwanda's ongoing journey towards a knowledge economy, but also about other related topics that we consider fit this context. Our webshop is designed to help you quickly and easily place an order. Payment is by card or by invoice. It is also possible to pay in installments. If you order before 2 pm on weekdays, you should receive your book the following day.
